At Estately UK, we respect your privacy and are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you wish to delete your personal data from our systems, please follow the instructions below.
If you would like to have your personal data deleted from Estately UK's systems, you can request this by sending an email to our Data Protection Officer at gdpr@estately.uk. Please include the following information in your email to help us process your request:
Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request"
Full Name: The name associated with your account.
Email Address: The email address you used to register with Estately UK.
Description: A brief description of your request, including any specific data you would like deleted.
Upon receiving your request, we will:
Acknowledge Receipt: We will send you an email confirming that we have received your data deletion request.
Verify Your Identity: To protect your privacy, we may ask you to provide additional information to verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion.
Process the Request: We will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days of verifying your identity. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Account Deletion: If your request involves the deletion of your Estately UK account, please note that this will result in the loss of access to any services or data associated with that account.
Retention Obligations: Please be aware that certain information may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. In such cases, we will inform you of any data that cannot be deleted and explain the reason.
Data Backup: Data that is deleted from our active systems may remain in backup archives for a limited time before being permanently deleted.
